Cancellations and rescheduling No worries if your plans change. If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Cancellations are non-refundable, but instead of cancelling, you are very welcome to move your appointment to a new time once at no extra cost.
If you just need to change the time of your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours' notice where possible. You can reschedule up to two times at no extra cost. I’ll always do my best to find a new time that works for you.
