Sessions are generally for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 and would like support, please have a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult make the booking and attend the session with you.

Regular virtual sessions are offered from 7:00–9:00 PM Central Time (CT). tismbuddy™ welcomes clients internationally; please check your local time before booking.

One tismbuddy™ Tidy Together Session: $25 (intro price)
Two tismbuddy™ Tidy Together Sessions: $45 (intro price)
Once you’ve picked a time that works for you, I'll be notified, and I’ll send you a PayPal invoice. Don't worry! You don't need a PayPal account.

When that’s paid, your session is officially booked!
I send a PayPal invoice, which lets you pay with major credit or debit cards, Venmo, or a PayPal balance. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
We'll connect virtually via the Zoom platform.
Please have a computer or phone with a working camera and a reliable internet connection. 
I’ll send you the session link once payment is made.
Zoom is free software that lets you make video and audio calls over the internet. You can use it on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Before your session, I'll send you a Zoom link by email. At your appointment time, just click that link.

We’ll start by talking about what feels most overwhelming or what you would like help with. You’ll show me the room, area, or task you want to tackle, and we’ll choose a realistic place to begin.

I’ll actively guide you in real time—helping you decide what to do first, what to do next, where things can go, and what can wait. We’ll break the work into small, manageable steps, and I’ll stay with you as you work, offering practical suggestions, structure, encouragement, and gentle accountability.

You do not need to have everything finished by the end of 30 minutes. The goal is to make meaningful progress, feel less stuck, and leave knowing your next step.

Everything else stays exactly the same.
You’ll be meeting one-to-one with me - Sam - the creator of tismbuddy™. It will be just the two of us, working together in real time—no groups, no automated service, and no rotating team.
I can help you clean/tidy anywhere you like! A car, office, storage unit etc.
I do not physically clean your home, shame you about your space, force you to follow a particular organizing system, or expect you to finish an entire room or task in one session.
Yes. I do not share your information with anyone. What we talk about in a session stays between us.

The only exception would be if you told me someone was at risk of serious harm — then I may need to speak up. But day-to-day, what you share with me is private
That’s completely okay—your home does not need to be tidy before you book a session. There’s no judgment here, and you don’t have to apologize or feel embarrassed. We’ll start wherever you are and choose one small, manageable task to work on together. You don’t have to show your whole home, and you don’t have to finish everything in one session. Small progress absolutely counts!
When you book your session, tell me what you'd like us to work on. I'll send you a short suggested list of supplies — simple, everyday things — to have ready for the day we meet.
Yes, you can! I'm camera-shy as well, so I completely understand where you're coming from.

You do not need to show your face — we can work together without you being on camera.
No, sessions aren't recorded by default — so you can relax and just be yourself.

If you would like a recording to look back on later, just let me know before our session and I'd be happy to do that for you. I'll send it within 24 hours, then delete it from my end.
You do not need a diagnosis to use my services. 
I am here to support anyone who would like calm, practical, judgment-free support!
I'm only here to support you with tidying, cleaning, organizing, and getting unstuck—not to assess, diagnose, or provide medical care.
Yes! 100%! This is a supportive, judgment-free space for anyone on the spectrum. 
No. This is practical support, not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis support.
If you have any access needs or would feel more comfortable using the chat feature, please let me know before your session and I will do my best to support you. 
I would love that! I'm happy when people are supported by their loved ones, human or otherwise.
No worries if your plans change. These things happen!
If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. 
Cancellations are non-refundable, but instead of canceling, you are very welcome to move your appointment to a new time - once - at no extra cost.

If you’re unable to attend and haven’t contacted me before the session begins, it will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Yes! Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, 
and send me the name and email address of the person taking your slot.
If you have completed at least one paid session with me and recommend tismbuddy™ to someone new who books and pays for at least one session, you’ll receive one free session as a thank-you!

You’ll also receive one free session for each gift certificate you purchase for someone.

Please ask the person you referred to mention your name when they book, so I know who referred them.

Free sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please book your complimentary session within two months of the referred person completing their first paid session.

You are welcome to refer as many people as you like; however, the same person cannot be referred twice.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for tismbuddy™ sessions.

Email me at hello@tismbuddy.com with:
  • The number of sessions you would like to gift
  • The recipient’s name, if you would like it included on the certificate
I’ll send an invoice for the full amount. Once payment is received, I’ll create and email a personalised digital gift certificate for you to give to them.

As a thank-you, you will receive one complimentary session for every person you purchase a gift certificate for.

Gifted sessions must be booked within six months of purchase. The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to gifted sessions as to regular bookings.
